Workshop--Abode Audition

I went to this workshop that was organized by the Mass Communication Department in Warf-Pickle.  This work shop is about Abode Audition. Some of you might have heard it before, for some of you who have not, it is "a professional audio workstation", to "create, mix, design sound effects", it is a digital audio editing software. It was a pretty good introduction-level workshop, it was great for Adobe Audition starters such as me. I learned several techniques to edit sound tracks, voice memo, etc. With this software, we can cut out the extra parts that are not needed, for example, people tend to say a lot of ums and ahs when interviewed, we can use this software to cut all of that out. We can also add all kinds of sounds effects to sound tracks and voice memos.  The workshop was very helpful in my opinion, I am glad that I went, I am definitely going to attend more of the workshops.

What do I value?

What do you value? There could be lots of answers : happiness, intelligence, independence, wealth, acceptance, love, and so on. It was easy to pick 5 things you value the most, but it was really hard to get rid of three of them, for me, family and intelligence remained. Does my weekly schedule reflect my core value? I would say yes. I spend quite a bit of time going to school and study because I want to be intelligent. I also spend lots of time talking to my family, that shows I value family. I notice that on my schedule sheet that I filled out, I watch a lot of TV during weekends, my plan is to reduce that time for something more valuable.
